"Love Conquers All: Celebrating Inclusivity, Equality, and Humanity This Pride Month" - Apextransdating

“Love Conquers All: Celebrating Inclusivity, Equality, and Humanity This Pride Month”

As we celebrate Pride Month, Vice President Sara Duterte reminded us all that this is a time to honor the power of love over hate, discrimination, and indifference towards those who have historically been subjected to shame, persecution, and inequitable opportunities in life. In her message for Pride Month posted on Facebook, she said: “Over the past many years, we have witnessed how we have become a nation that promotes inclusivity advances the welfare of disadvantaged sectors and champions the cause for equality.”

This is indeed a victory not only for those who dreamed of a world where everyone is valued, accepted, and empowered but also for all of us who toppled down the wall that isolated this sector and deprived them of recognition, respect, acceptance, and love. The LGBT community stands proud today as we celebrate their resilience in the face of adversity.

As we move forward together towards a brighter future for our nation’s youth especially those from marginalized sectors let Pride Month become a celebration of our humanity. Let us work together to ensure that every Filipino is safe truly heard and wholeheartedly acknowledged.
